The Reimagined Taste of Old Town North will launch in mid October and continue through the holiday season.
This year’s Taste will highlight the charms of Old Town North, it’s history, it’s three diverse neighborhoods, the Canal District, Parker Grey, Braddock East and its future as Alexandria’s Arts and Cultural District. Community Passports giving discounts at a variety of Old Town North businesses will be available for sale beginning in mid October, online on the Old Town North Community Partnership Website, at the Community Table during the Thursday Market and through our team of dedicated team of volunteers.
Passport sales will support the ongoing work of the Old Town North Community Partnership to create a more vibrant, walkable Community for those who live, work or own businesses in Old Town North. A percentage of passport sales will also benefit ALIVE.
The Taste is sponsored by the Old Town North Community Partnership with support from the City of Alexandria, NOTICe, the Old Town North Alliance and local businesses.
“The Old Town North Alliance is delighted to be a sponsor of this crowd-pleasing event that highlights the variety of eateries in Old Town North and opportunities for recreation and wellness,” said Agnès Artemel, President of the Old Town North Alliance. “The Taste of Old Town North brings together the best of our vibrant neighborhood.”
