Taste of Old Country

Taste of Old Country was created in April of 2014 by Elias Zarkadoulas, an aspiring entrepreneur, husband and proud father of 3 young boys. The idea was brought to conception through numerous brainstorming sessions that spanned over a period of four years and was further influenced by the direction and guidance provided by brother-in-laws, Diamantis and Dino Pierrakos, producers and founders of the award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil Laconiko.

Inspired by their passion, dedication, and commitment, Elias conceptualized a gourmet retail to consumer concept that would enable the everyday consumer here in the United States the ability to enjoy and appreciate the key nutritional elements that come from Oil and Vinegar and that he and his family enjoy on a day to day basis. A very hands on person, you will find Elias at farmers markets, shows and daily, at his warehouse, where he promotes and educates a healthier way of life by using the Taste of Old Country product line.
