Celebrate NOTICe’s 25th Anniversary with us on November 14th at The Hub! NOTICe will hold our Annual Member Meeting and Board Elections on Thursday, November 14th at The Hub (formally The Bike Club) at 99 Canal Center Suite 110.

Share the Warmth Coat Drive

The Old Town North Community Partnership will accept gently worn coats for the Burke and Herbert Share the Warmth Coat Drive, which benefits the Salvation Army. Coats may be dropped off at the Old Town North Sunday and Thursday Farmers’ Markets or any Burke and Herbert branch.

Volunteer Alexandria 10th Annual Toy Drive

We are delighted to be joining the Volunteer Alexandria 10th Annual Toy Drive. Please drop off toys at the Old Town North Thursday and Sunday Farmers Markets.

A Vintage Affair

November 16 @ 11:00 am – 4:00 pm | Free
Get ready for (the rescheduled) A Vintage Affair at Canal Plaza! The event will take place with beautiful water views of the Potomac in Old Town North. Enjoy shopping from over 30 vintage and unique vendors for a local community showcase of small businesses. We’ll have live jazz music with DC Ambiance from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm. Food vendors, including Welle Made Co, Tomoi Bakery, and MORE, will be available.

Our friends at Jula’s have just released tickets for their Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration, and tickets are selling fast!

OTN Farmers Market

The Old Town North Farmers’ and Artisans’ Market is canceled for today, Thursday, August 29th, given the National Weather Forecast for high winds and heavy thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

Stay safe and dry, everyone, and we will see you on Sunday! Safe journeys for those traveling over the Labor Day holiday weekend.

The Sunday Market hours are now 9:00 am-1:00 pm year-round.

Free Yoga in the Fresh Air will continue to be offered from 10:00-11:00 am until late October, weather permitting.

We continue to welcome old friends and new ones to the market.
