Upcoming Meetings Regarding the Redevelopment of the Potomac River Generating Station Property
Join HRP Group (HRP) at upcoming City of Alexandria meeting regarding the first phase of development at the former Potomac River Generating Station property (PRGS) in Old Town North. In advance of HRP’s next Development Special Use Permit (DSUP) submissions, HRP will provide a project refresh at several of Alexandria’s advisory commissions in the month of May. The presentation will focus on the residential buildings at Blocks B & C and publicly accessible Open Space plans as shared in prior DSUP submissions. Future meetings, anticapted in June, will cover the forthcoming revised DSUP submissions.
