Inspired by her Romanian mother-in-law’s cooking and her love of soup, owner Katharine Mardirosian started 100 Bowls 10 years ago, out of her home kitchen with the idea of sharing simple, homemade nourishing soup and broths with friends and family. Today the company is proud to have its own kitchen and retail store in Herndon Virginia.
We cook everything from scratch using the freshest organic, local and sustainably grown vegetables and pastured meat and bones. We make a variety of seasonal vegan and meat based soups along with bone and vegetable broths which meet the requirements of Whole 30, Paleo and Keto Diets and are low in Weight Watcher points. All of our soups and broths have no additives, are low in salt and are gluten and dairy free. The result we believe is some of the most nourishing, clean and consciously sourced food available!
